Our team

We employ a total of 40 staff working for Little Foxes, the majority of our staff have trained with us as students. Our staff are committed, friendly, loving, caring professionals who work hard to provide the high quality service we deliver at Little Foxes. They treat all the children with special love and care, as though they were their own.

Every member of staff goes through a vetting process and is fully checked with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). They must also have a minimum qualification of NVQ2, which we will then urge them to progress with. We ensure staff have access to all available training courses that will benefit the care they provide for our ‘little stars’. We urge our employees to further their skills and knowledge by encouraging them to achieve higher levels of NVQ and have staff with qualification as high as degree level.

We also support local colleges and training centres in providing placements for student nursery officers.
